Permanent Physical Impairment Benefit: Pays for both injury and illness
Transition Benefit: Extends disability benefit for up to 26 weeks after recovery if member loses job while on claim
In-Hospital Benefit: Pays $50 a day. In-Hospital also means that the Insured Person is an out-patient requiring physical therapy, rehabilitation and/or follow-up physician visits.
Family Expense Benefit: Pays up to $10,000
Mental Stress Management: Up to $10,000 for single incident or cumulative affect of multiple incidents
